4flow one of Europe's best employers 2010
4flow AG is the only supply chain company in the "Best Workplaces in Europe" Top 10.
4flow AG has been honored as one of Europe's best employers in the "Best Workplaces in Europe 2010" competition. Among "Companies with up to 500 employees," the leading provider of supply chain consulting, software and network management was ranked sixth, making it the only supply chain company in the top 10 and Germany's second best participant. Earlier this year, 4flow AG was named one of Germany's best employers in the national "Great Place to Work® 2010" contest.
The "Great Workplaces in Europe 2010" awardees were announced on May 19, 2010 in Madrid by the Great Place to Work® Institute Europe. A total of 1,300 companies throughout Europe were evaluated to select the 50 best employers from each category. 4flow's employees gave their company top marks, resulting in an outstanding position in the final ranking. "We achieve excellent results for our national and international customers, made possible by our highly motivated and dedicated team. We are very proud to have created a work environment that puts our employees among the most satisfied in Europe," comments Dr. Stefan Wolff, CEO of 4flow AG.
The "Best Workplaces in Europe 2010" competition is carried out by the Great Place to Work® Institute Europe and compares the best companies of 17 national competitions. Winners are selected in two categories, "Small & Medium-Sized Workplaces" (companies with 50 to 500 employees) and "Large Workplaces" (companies with more than 500 employees). The national Great Place to Work® Institute assesses employee satisfaction in an anonymous survey, asking questions that cover the areas of credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Results are complemented by a detailed Culture Audit.
4flow AG among three best employers in Europe
Berlin, Germany, based 4flow AG has been named one of Europe’s 2008 top employers. Participating for the first time, the company reached an outstanding 3rd place in the category "Best Small and Medium-sized Workplaces" of the "Best Workplaces in Europe 2008" competition. Thus, the 4flow AG is the only supply chain and logistics expert among the most attractive European employers.
In February this year, 4flow AG was already honoured as one of the three best employers in Germany.
On May 27, Berlin based 4flow AG was awarded by the Great Place To Work® Institute Europe and the business newspaper The Financial Times. Thus, the logistics specialized company excelled among prestigious leading European companies. "We are very proud to be among Europe’s greatest employers. Our success confirms 4flow’s attractiveness as a place to work. It proves that our skilled employees are highly motivated and satisfied with their work environment. That is also noticed by our customers and partners," rejoices Dr. Stefan Wolff, CEO of 4flow AG, at the honor.
The comprehensive study on employee satisfaction was conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute Europe. The Financial Times is the project’s media partner. The prize for the top 100 "Best Workplaces in Europe 2008" list was awarded on the basis of national competitions in 15 countries, with more than 1,250 companies participating. In order to evaluate the employers’ quality and attractiveness, employees were surveyed on credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and team orientation. A detailed "culture audit" was added to their point of view for the final company ranking.
