Management Board
Dr. Stefan Wolff, CEO,
is responsible for the divisions 4flow software, finance and human resources. Prior to co-founding 4flow, he served as deputy chairman and partner of a global operating management and logistics consulting company. Since 1990, Dr. Wolff has worked as a consultant for major and medium-sized companies in the field of logistics. Alongside this, he works as an associate lecturer for supply chain management at the Technische Universität (University of Technology) Berlin and the Jacobs University Bremen. Furthermore he is a member of the executive board of the Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL).
Kai Althoff, COO,
is in charge of the 4flow consulting, 4flow management and Marketing divisions. In this role he is responsible for the operational side of 4flow's business. After his international education, he directed various projects for a global operating management and logistics consulting company with an emphasis on the automotive, aviation, consumer goods and software industries.
Supervisory Board
Wolf-Dietrich von Helldorff, chairman of the supervisory board,
worked for Kuehne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG for 45 years in several capacities. From 1993 to 2004 he was a member of the German management board and in this regard chief representative of Kuehne + Nagel. He was responsible for the airfreight and exhibition divisions. From 2005 to 2009 he was regional director located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Mr. von Helldorff has been a member of the supervisory board of 4flow since 2009, since 2012 he is the chairman of the supervisory board.
Furthermore, Wolf-Dietrich von Helldorff has been chairman of the expert committee at the Association of German Freight Forwarders and Logistics Operators (Deutscher Speditions- und Logistikverband e.V. - DSLV) from 1997 to 2010 and is currently president of the Aircargo Club Deutschland (ACD).
Christian Berner, supervisory board,
was the CEO of Lekkerland based in Germany for 11 years. Before that he spent 13 years with Kühne & Nagel in Hamburg, Germany as a member of the executive board and as CFO. Mr. Berner has been a member of the supervisory board at 4flow since 2013.
He is also an active member of supervisory and advisory boards for various institutions and corporations, including the German logistics association BVL International.
Dr. Hans-Robert Greim, supervisory board,
worked for the BMW Group in various departments and management capacities (logistics, IT, finance, construction, and facility management) over the course of a more than 25-year career; from 2002 until 2007 he was a member of the plant management at the BMW plant in Leipzig, Germany. Before his time with BMW, he worked for the Institute of Production Systems and Logistics at the Technical University in Hanover, Germany. Dr. Greim has been a member of the supervisory board at 4flow since 2012.
Dr. Hans-Robert Greim is also a partner of MEDCON GmbH, and volunteers for a variety of organizations in academics and the private sector. Dr. Greim has also authored and co-authored several publications and reference books, and has given numerous lectures.
