In November 2006, 4flow was awarded the seal of approval 'Fair Company' for its fair interaction with university graduates. This seal is awarded by karriere, the graduates magazine of the publishing group Handelsblatt, to companies that offer fair chances to graduates who enter the professional world.
The award of the 'Fair Company' seal is tied to strict requirements: the companies may not employ interns for full-time positions. University graduates who apply for a position may not be put off with an internship. Interns may not be employed with a vague prospect of a subse-quent full-time job. Internships only serve as a means for professional orientation during a time of training. The companies have to remunerate their interns adequately.
To ensure that the 'Fair Companies' stand to the rules, karriere regularly asks graduates for their experience with the awarded company.
4flow identifies with the conditions of the 'Fair Company' initiative and realizes these rules in the daily contact with applicants. "4flow lives a culture of sustainability und of respectful interaction with each other. Our employees are our capital. Therefore, the quality of the contact is decisive from the first minute on, and the friendly interaction with applicants, interns and graduates is 'only' a logical consequence," Susanne Moosdorf, manager of 4flow’s Human Resources, comments the award of 4flow with the seal of approval 'Fair Company'.
