From Consultant to Senior to Manager: each step forward means a plus of responsibility for projects, results, clients, turnover. But a horizontal career is also possible: as Senior and versed expert, you can take on responsibility for a range of topics, for a branch or for products. Additionally, 4flow offers an approved graduation model in co-operation with its academic partners. You choose your own path, according to your excellence.
