Management Board
Dr. Stefan Wolff, CEO,
is responsible for the divisions 4flow vista® (software development), corporate strategy, sales (together with Kai Althoff), finance and human resources. Prior to co-founding 4flow, he served as deputy chairman and partner of an international operating management and logistics consulting company. Since 1990, Dr. Wolff has worked as a consultant for major and medium-sized companies in the field of logistics. Alongside this, he works as an associate lecturer for Global Supply Chain Management at the Technische Universität (University of Technology) Berlin and is a member of the Executive Board as well as chairman of the Research Council of the Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL).
Kai Althoff, COO,
is responsible for the divisions 4flow consulting, business development and sales (together with Dr. Stefan Wolff). In this function, he bears the management responsibility for major projects to reduce logistics costs and reorganize logistics structures. After his international education, he directed various consulting projects with an emphasis on the Automotive, aviation, consumer goods and software industries.
Supervisory Board
Manfred Schneider, Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
was formerly CEO of the KRONE AG, Berlin, where he had been a member of the management team for 15 years. Prior to Krone AG, he had been head of the sector Private Communication Systems for SEL (nowadays Alcatel). From 2003 to 2005, he worked as a member of the Management Board of 4flow, responsible for finance and human resources. In 2005, Mr. Schneider switched to the Supervisory Board of the 4flow AG of which he became Chairman. Alongside this, Manfred Schneider is a member of the Supervisory Board of Peiker acustic GmbH & Co. KG, Friedrichsdorf/Ts., Ericsson Deutschland GmbH, Düsseldorf, and TELBA AG, Düsseldorf.
Hans-Peter Lendzion, Supervisory Board,
was – as a member of the Management Board of Kaufhaus Warenhaus AG, Köln – responsible for nine years for the divisions organization, logistics, information technology and accounting. Before that, for 31 years he worked in several positions for Karstadt AG, Essen: among others as director of organization, information technology, logistics, revision and transportation and as director of various stores. Mr. Lendzion has been a member of the Supervisory Board of 4flow since 2001.
Furthermore, Hans-Peter Lendzion is member of the advisory council of LWD e-solutions GmbH, Essen, and Chairman of the advisory council of HNS Hospitality Network Services GmbH, Essen.
