Change Management

4flow consulting accompanies enterprises in upcoming changes.

 

In the initial phase: 

  • Teams will be put together,
  • the persons responsible for the changes will be appointed,
  • strategy and vision workshops with the respective persons responsible for the process will be realized,
  • adequate communication measures will be defined and
  • the target system will be selected.

 

In the following mobilization phase:

  • a steering comittee will be formed. It will approve the developed concepts and the defined actions,
  • the modification concept will be broadly communicated,
  • further workshops will create the willingness to support and implement the planned modifications,
  • a system of motivations and incentives will follow.

 

During the specific realization phase:

  • projects with high priority will be realized,
  • employees will be trained,
  • personnel planning will be carried out and,
  • if necessary, job vacancies will be announced and filled.

 

In the following phase of creating consistency:

  • process managers will be appointed,
  • startup support will be provided and
  • the support and implementation of the planned modifications will be ensured.

 

Simultaneously, during the whole project, adequate communication measures concerning the project's progress (e.g. project newsletters, intranet, advertising columns) and, if necessary and desired, systematic coachings of executives and employees will be offered on an ongoing basis.
